This beautifully fresh and herbaceous oil is traditionally used in Aromatherapy to relieve mild rheumatic aches and pains and reduce cough. 

Sourced from tall evergreen trees in Southern Europe and Western Asia, topical application of the oil helps invigorate and uplift the senses. 

Inhalation is also a common way to achieve the benefits of this energising oil.
