1. Acceptance
By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
NSHC operates in Australia and sells directly to customers through our online store, which is powered by Shopify.
2. Australian Sales Only
North Shore Health Clinic (NSHC) operates from 401/107 Walker Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, Australia. This is the registered business address associated with all online and in-clinic sales.
NSHC sells and delivers products within Australia only. Orders must be placed by customers located in Australia and shipped to valid Australian residential or business addresses. We do not process or fulfil international orders. Any order placed from outside Australia, or requesting international delivery, may be cancelled at our discretion.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are offers to purchase and are accepted only once payment is successfully processed and confirmation is issued.

Delivery is available within Australia only.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk transfers to you once the order is provided to the carrier.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
6. Temperature-Sensitive Products
Certain supplements (including probiotics) may be temperature-sensitive.
By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that:
Products may be exposed to variable temperatures during transit.
Protective packaging may be used where appropriate.
Transit conditions are outside our control once dispatched.
Warmth upon delivery does not automatically indicate product damage.Customers must retrieve deliveries promptly.
Claims relating to temperature exposure must be made within 24 hours of delivery and will be assessed in accordance with the ACL.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns may be requested within 30 days of receipt if items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns on opened supplements, perishable goods, personal care items, sale items, custom products, or gift cards.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
