North Shore Health Clinic - Domestic & International Shipping Policy
Effective Date: 14 October 2026
North Shore Health Clinic provides domestic and international delivery for eligible products purchased through our online store.
Shipping services are arranged through our approved fulfilment and courier providers.
4.1 Australian Deliveries
Orders within Australia are delivered through our nominated shipping and fulfilment partners.
Available delivery methods and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, delivery location and courier operations.
4.2 International Deliveries
International shipping is available to selected countries.
Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and total recorded parcel weight.
International orders are currently limited to 20 kilograms per shipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply to heavier orders within this limit.
The applicable amount will be displayed at checkout.
4.3 International Product Restrictions
Not all products are suitable for overseas delivery.
North Shore Health Clinic does not ship internationally:
- Refrigerated or cold-chain products.
- Probiotics and other live-culture products requiring refrigeration or temperature control.
- Temperature-sensitive products (including fish oils, flaxseed oils and other heat-sensitive preparations) where extended transit may compromise stability or shelf life.
- Products prohibited by destination-country import regulations.
- Products that cannot be transported safely or lawfully by the selected courier.
- Practitioner-restricted products where international supply would breach applicable requirements.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an international order where safe or lawful delivery cannot be arranged.
Any payment for products we cannot supply will be refunded as appropriate.
4.4 Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for checking their country's import requirements.
Unless expressly included at checkout, import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Products may be subject to customs inspection, detention or other regulatory procedures.
Where an issue arises, our customer service team will assess the circumstances and work towards an appropriate resolution.
4.5 Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
International shipments may experience delays caused by customs inspections, transport disruptions, public holidays or other circumstances.
Customers should contact our administration team if they experience significant delays.
4.6 Lost or Damaged Parcels
North Shore Health Clinic uses courier tracking and may arrange shipment insurance or additional cover where available.
However, no delivery service can guarantee that parcels will never be delayed, damaged or lost.
Customers should report delivery problems to our team and provide relevant tracking information or evidence where reasonably available.
We will investigate with the courier and provide any remedy required by law.
A customer's statutory rights do not depend on an insurance claim being approved.
4.7 Incorrect Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Where a delivery fails because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer, additional redelivery charges may apply where legally permitted.
4.8 International Order Agreement
Before completing an international purchase, customers must acknowledge the applicable shipping conditions, product restrictions, customs responsibilities and potential delivery risks.
This acknowledgement does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
