Our practice focuses on delivering real fighting advantages — stronger, more connected, more effective. Rooted in principles drawn from internal Wing Chun and refined through years of practice, our system is designed to improve a fighter’s power delivery, structural timing, and whole-body connection — regardless of what style you already train.

This is not about “which style is best.” It’s about learning a repeatable system for generating force and breaking structure so you can land heavier hits, exploit openings when opponents go on the offensive, and transform how your body expresses power in the ring or on the street.



Let's Train Together

We run guided group classes every week:

Weekly Classes — Tuesday & Thursday
These sessions are structured to develop body connection, timing, and energy transfer. You’ll practice drills and partner work that translate directly to fighting situations — improving how you deliver force, how you close distance, and how you break an opponent’s structure. Classes are suitable for fighters of any background: boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kung Fu — if you already compete, we improve what you do; if you’re newer, we build a lasting foundation.

“Progress With Purpose” (Workshop Style)
A deeper class format that focuses on the details: posture, alignment, kinetic links, and transitional mechanics. Expect hands-on coaching, technical breakdowns, and practical drills you can take home and practice between sessions.

Power & Structure Training
Short, targeted modules in each class that teach the system of power generation — how to chain whole-body movement into a single, devastating strike and how to disrupt an opponent’s base when they press offense.

 

Private Lessons - The Fast Track To Power


Private lessons are integral. This work is a system and a foundation: it must be shown, then cultivated.

Why private lessons matter:

You get one-to-one, hands-on coaching of the exact mechanics that create power.

We correct habits, tailor drills to your body, and accelerate the learning curve.

The material requires individual practice outside the gym — short, focused sessions at home that build into automatic power delivery.

Private lessons make it possible to train your primary style at the same time. This program is complementary — not competitive — with other arts.

Commitment to private lessons + home practice = dramatic changes in how you hit, how you control distance, and how you neutralise larger opponents. You won’t start to “look” like a different style — you’ll move like yourself, only your strikes will be heavier and more accurate. In competition, that difference is decisive.

We provide a safe, well-equipped training space. To get the most from your session, please come prepared:

Wear comfortable training clothes and clean training shoes required by the class.

Towels and water bottle recommended.

Private lesson students: bring any training notes, recent footage, or specific goals so we can target your session.

If you prefer to use your own equipment, please do — we welcome it.
