• A blend of herbs to help heal bruises 
• Traditionally used in traditional Chinese medicine to

  • Help in the healing of minor muscle injuries, muscle sprains and bruises

Ingredients - Each mL contains tinctures equivalent to dried:

• Arnica montana (Arnica) flower 20 mg
• Boswellia carterii (Boswellia) stem bark resin 16 mg
• Panax pseudoginseng (Nepalese ginseng) root 16 mg
• Commiphora myrrha (Myrrh) stem bark resin 14 mg

Each mL also contains:

• Mentha arvensis (Field mint) herb oil 100 mg

Dosage

• Apply 1 - 3 sprays and massage into the affected area 1 - 4 times daily
• Can be used before or after sporting activity as needed

Contains alcohol

• Avoid contact with eyes
• Not to be taken internally
