Zen Herbal Gel

• A blend of Chinese herbs to reduce joint pain and stiffness
• Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to help relieve the symptoms of

  • Muscle aches and pains
  • Bruises and mild sprains

Ingredients - Each gram contains tinctures equivalent to dried:

• Spatholobus suberectus (Ji Xue Teng) stem 15 mg
• Dipsacus japonicus (Teasel) root 9 mg
• Panax pseudoginseng (Nepalese ginseng) root 25 mg
• Angelica polymorpha (Dong quai) 15 mg
• Boswellia carterii (Boswellia) stem bark resin 12 mg
• Arnica montana (Arnica) flower 1 mg
• Drynaria fortunei rhizome 10 mg
• Commiphora myrrha (Myrrh) stem bark resin 13 mg

Each gram also contains:

• Mentha arvensis (Field mint) oil 100 µL
• Cajuput oil 5 µL

Dosage

• Apply a small amount and massage into the affected area 1 - 4 times daily
