Dosage

• After breastfeeding: Gently pat the skin dry or allow the breast to air, then apply a small amount of cream to the nipple and areola to moisturise and protect
• Athletes: Apply to the affected areas prone to chafing, prior to sporting activity

Warnings

• Does not need to be removed prior to breastfeeding
• Sore and damaged nipples may indicate a problem with the way the baby attaches to the breast when feeding
• If the issue persists, seek help from a breastfeeding/lactation consultant or healthcare professional
