Ingredients

Active ingredients per 1.5g sachet: Folinic acid (as calcium folinate) 400mcg; pyridoxine (vitamin B6, as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1.9mg; cyanocobalamin (B12) 2.6mcg; riboflavin (B2) 1.4mg; nicotinic acid (B3) 18mg. Directions and warnings

1 sachet daily or as directed by your practitioner. Empty onto the tongue or mix with 200mL water; consume immediately. Advise your doctor about medicines during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. Seek specific medical advice if you have had a baby with a neural tube defect or spina bifida. Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. Read the label and follow its directions. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
