Ingredients

Active ingredients per soft capsule: Silicon dioxide 420mg; biotin 30 micrograms; manganese gluconate 48.13mg (equivalent manganese 5.5mg); zinc gluconate 107.8mg (equivalent zinc 14mg); sodium selenite 156 micrograms (equivalent selenium 70 micrograms). Directions and precautions

Take one soft capsule daily, swallowed whole with water, according to the pack directions. Contains selenium. High doses can be toxic; adults must not exceed 150 micrograms per day of selenium from dietary supplements. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Supplements do not replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Follow the storage and expiry instructions on the pack.
