Ingredients

Directions and precautions

Adults and children over 12 years: take the contents of one sachet daily, or as directed by your health professional. Shake before use. Do not use if the sachet seal is broken. Contains selenium. High doses can be toxic; adults must not exceed 150 micrograms per day of selenium from dietary supplements. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Supplements do not replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Follow the storage and expiry instructions on the pack.
