Per 1mL: Silicon dioxide 28mg (equivalent silicon 13.1mg); purified water 972 microlitres.

Directions and precautions

Adults and children over 12 years: take 15mL diluted in water or juice, following the pack directions. Do not drink directly from the bottle. Refrigerate after opening and observe the on-pack period for use after opening. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Supplements do not replace a balanced diet.
