Ingredients

Key active ingredients: Iron (from ferrous gluconate), vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12, and vitamin C. Each sachet supplies 15mg iron. Includes cherry, beetroot and apple juice; rose hip, chamomile, lemon balm, quack grass root and horsetail extracts; fructose; guar gum; carob gum; pectin; natural flavours and purified water. Directions and precautions

Adults and children over 12 years: take one sachet daily, or as directed by your health professional. Shake before use. Take directly from the sachet. Do not use if the sachet seal is broken.
