Dosage

• Adults: 1 - 2 capsules once or twice daily
• Infants 3 - 12 months: 1 capsule daily
• Children over 12 months: 1 capsule once or twice daily
• Infant/Children dosing option: Open the capsule and sprinkle onto food or mix into breast milk or formula
