Use and care

Read the enclosed fitting instructions. Wash hands before use and adjust each side for a comfortable fit. After each use, wash with warm soapy water, rinse and dry. Replace each device after 10 uses. For personal use only; do not share. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children under 12. This device does not treat sleep apnoea; consult a doctor or sleep specialist if this is suspected.
