Who is this for?

This formula is designed for people with Kidney Yang deficiency — a pattern associated with feeling cold, low energy, urinary frequency, lower back weakness, and reduced vitality. It is commonly used for older adults, those with hypothyroidism, or anyone whose energy and warmth feel depleted.

How does it work?

Based on Fu Gui Ba Wei Tang, this formula strengthens and tonifies the Kidneys, warming and nourishing Kidney Yang deficiency. It is one of the foundational TCM formulas for restoring the body's warming energy and supporting kidney-related functions.

Caution: Use with care in patients on antiarrhythmic drugs (e.g. quinidine, procainamide, disopyramide).

Dosage

3 capsules twice daily, 1 hour away from food.
