Who is this for?

This formula is a foundational Qi and Blood tonic suited to people with general deficiency of both energy and blood — presenting as fatigue, pallor, dizziness, and weakness. It is commonly used for women with menstrual blood loss, post-partum recovery, or anyone needing straightforward Qi and Blood rebuilding.

Dosage

3 capsules twice daily, 1 hour away from meals.
