Ingredients

Key active ingredients: Passionflower herb (Passiflora incarnata), skullcap leaf (Scutellaria lateriflora), ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera). Contains 34% ethanol. See the current bottle label for the complete ingredient declaration.

Directions and warnings

Adults: 10mL twice daily. Shake before each use. May be diluted in water or juice; consume promptly. Do not combine with sedative medicines, including barbiturates, or other sedating herbal products. Use caution with machinery. May affect blood glucose regulation. Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Contains 34% ethanol. Follow the label and consult your practitioner for persistent symptoms. Store below 30°C; use only with an intact cap seal. Ashwagandha medicines have been associated with very rare liver injury. Avoid if you have current or previous liver problems. Stop use and seek medical advice for yellow skin/eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, abdominal pain or loss of appetite. Stop use and see a doctor for sudden vomiting or diarrhoea, even after one or two doses.
