Ingredients

Active ingredients per capsule: DHA from DHA-rich Schizochytrium microalgae oil 100mg; zeaxanthin 1mg; lutein 5mg; beta-carotene 1mg. Contains soya bean products. Refer to the current pack for the complete ingredient declaration, including excipients.

Directions and warnings

1 capsule twice daily with a main meal, or as directed by your practitioner. Advise your doctor about medicines during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. Discuss concerns about your own or your baby’s health with your practitioner. Read the label and follow its directions. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
