Ingredients

Active ingredient per softgel: Schizochytrium microalgae DHA-rich oil 575mg, equivalent DHA 230mg. Contains sulfites. Refer to the current pack for the complete ingredient declaration, including excipients.

Directions and warnings

Take with food. Use only the label dose for your stage: trying to conceive or weeks 0–12, 1 capsule daily; weeks 13–27, 2 daily; weeks 28–40, 2–3 daily, or as directed by your practitioner. Advise your doctor about medicines during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. Discuss concerns about your own or your baby’s health with your practitioner. Read the label and follow its directions. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
