Ingredients

Key active ingredients: Tribulus terrestris fruit extract, zinc (zinc citrate dihydrate), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), levomefolic acid (levomefolate calcium), mecobalamin (vitamin B12) and selenium (selenomethionine). Directions and warnings

Men: 2 tablets daily with a main meal, or as directed by your practitioner. Contains selenium, which is toxic at high doses: adults must not exceed 150mcg daily from supplements. Read the label and follow its directions. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
