A mini-tablet supplement combining activated folate with vitamins B2, B3, B6 and B12.

Ingredients

Active ingredients per tablet: Levomefolic acid (Quatrefolic, as levomefolate glucosamine) 500mcg; riboflavin (B2) 1.4mg; nicotinic acid (B3) 18mg; pyridoxine (pyridoxine hydrochloride, B6) 1.9mg; mecobalamin (B12) 500mcg. Directions and warnings

1 tablet daily with a main meal, or as directed by your practitioner. Advise your doctor about medicines during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. Seek specific medical advice if you have had a baby with a neural tube defect or spina bifida. Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. Read the label and follow its directions. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
