Perdays Plant Calcium Complex + K2 60 Tablets

A calcium tablet formula using calcified red ocean algae, with magnesium, vitamin D3, potassium and vitamin K2.

Ingredients

Active ingredients: Calcified Lithothamnion species (red ocean algae, providing calcium and magnesium), colecalciferol (vitamin D3), magnesium oxide, potassium chloride and menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2). Contains soya bean products and potassium. Refer to the current pack for the complete ingredient declaration, including excipients.

Directions and warnings

1 tablet two or three times daily with a main meal, or as directed by your practitioner. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use with kidney disease or heart/blood pressure medicines. Advise your doctor about medicines during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. Keep out of reach of children. Read the label and follow its directions. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
