Perdays Iron & Vitamin C 30 Tablets

A daily tablet supplement combining iron bisglycinate with vitamin C.

Ingredients

Active ingredients per tablet: Iron (from iron II glycinate 120mg) 24mg; ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 125mg. Refer to the current pack for the complete ingredient declaration, including excipients.

Directions and warnings

1 tablet daily with a main meal, or as directed by your practitioner. Not intended to treat iron-deficiency conditions. Consult your practitioner if symptoms persist. Advise your doctor about medicines during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. Read the label and follow its directions. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
