Ingredients

Active ingredients per capsule: Bovine lactoferrin 50mg; zinc (zinc citrate dihydrate) 7.5mg; ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 30mg; colecalciferol (vitamin D3) 12.5mcg (500 IU). Contains milk and tree nut products. Refer to the current pack for the complete ingredient declaration, including excipients.

Directions and warnings

1 capsule twice daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by your practitioner. Take with food if stomach discomfort occurs. Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. Advise your doctor about medicines during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. Read the label and follow its directions. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
