Perdays Bump to Breast Prenatal Multi 60 Tablets

A prenatal multivitamin and mineral tablet formula with activated folate and choline. This formula does not contain added DHA, iron or iodine.

Ingredients

Active ingredients: Levomefolic acid (levomefolate calcium), cyanocobalamin (B12), nicotinamide (B3), beta-carotene, thiamine hydrochloride (B1), riboflavin (B2), pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate (B6), colecalciferol (D3), zinc citrate dihydrate, selenomethionine, choline bitartrate, calcium pantothenate (B5), biotin, chromium picolinate and magnesium citrate. Directions and warnings

2 tablets daily with a main meal, or as directed by your practitioner. Contains selenium, which is toxic at high doses: do not exceed 150mcg daily from supplements. Advise your doctor about medicines during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. Discuss concerns about your own or your baby’s health with your practitioner. Read the label and follow its directions. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
