Dosage

• Children 0 - 2 years: ½ metric teaspoon (2.5 mL) daily
• Children 2 - 5 years: 1 metric teaspoon (5 mL) daily
• Children 5 - 12 years: 1 metric teaspoon (5 mL) twice daily
• Mix in water, juice or directly off the spoon
