Unflavoured bovine gelatin for setting gummies, jellies and desserts.

Ingredients

Australian bovine gelatin; sulphur dioxide processing aid. Contains sulphites. May contain milk, egg, soy, sesame, lupin, fish, crustacean, mollusc, almond, Brazil nut, cashew, hazelnut, macadamia, pecan, pine nut, pistachio and walnut.

Use and care

For a firm set, bloom 40g gelatin in half a cup of water, then dissolve in 250mL hot flavoured liquid. Pour into moulds and refrigerate for at least two hours. Adjust gelatin quantity to suit the recipe. Follow pack storage directions. Adults should handle hot liquids.
