Ingredients

Red miso (51%: soybeans, rice, salt, Aspergillus oryzae), MCT oil, deactivated nutritional savoury flakes, pink Himalayan salt, vegetables (6%: garlic, onion, pumpkin, kale, spinach, sweet potato, carrot, broccoli), tapioca starch, mirepoix (onion, carrot, celery, salt, garlic, pepper), Arctic sea algae minerals, brown rice protein, turmeric, Tasmanian kelp, parsley, chives and black pepper. Contains soy. Made in a facility handling milk, egg, soy, sesame, lupin, fish, shellfish and tree nuts. Check the pack for the current allergen declaration.

Preparation and storage

Mix with hot water according to the pack directions. Alternatively, add to cooking to taste. Allow hot broth to cool to a comfortable drinking temperature. Keep the powder dry and tightly sealed; follow the pack storage instructions.
