A savoury beef broth concentrate for hot drinks, soups, sauces and everyday cooking.

Ingredients

Australian grass-fed beef bones (85%), sea salt, garlic, onion, chives, guava leaf extract, apple cider vinegar, native mountain pepper (0.1%) and native saltbush. Made in a facility handling milk, egg, soy, sesame, lupin, fish, shellfish and tree nuts. Check the pack for the current allergen declaration.

Preparation and storage

Mix 10g into 250mL boiling water. Alternatively, add to cooking to taste. Allow hot broth to cool to a comfortable drinking temperature. Keep sealed in a cool, dry place below 25°C and use within twelve weeks of opening. Use a clean, dry spoon.
