Dosage

• For use with nut/plant-based milks: 1 sachet (22 g) in a shaker mixed with 125 mL cold nut/plant-based milk of choice; shake for 1 minute and leave to set in the fridge
• For use with dairy milks: 1 sachet (22 g) in a blender mixed with 125 mL cold dairy milk of choice; blend for 1 minute and leave to set in fridge
• Consume within 24 hours of setting
