Materials

Tampon: Certified organic cotton. Applicator: Cardboard. Paper wrapper and cardboard outer pack.

Use and care

Choose the lowest absorbency needed for your flow. Wash hands before and after use and use one tampon at a time. Change regularly according to the safety leaflet; do not wear while sleeping. Use only during menstruation and do not use if you have previously had Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). TSS is rare but potentially life-threatening. If you develop sudden fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness, fainting, muscle pain or a sunburn-like rash, remove the tampon and seek immediate medical help.
