Dosage

  • 2.5 g 1 - 3 times daily mixed with a little cold water to form a smooth paste and consume the paste with a glass of water
  • Can also be mixed with honey and cinnamon for a hot beverage

Warnings

  • Drink plenty of water
  • Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems
  • Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3 to 6 years or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years
  • Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
  • Contains ulmus rubra; may reduce absorption of medication; separate doses by 2 hours.
