Dosage

  • Adults: 1 - 2 capsules 1 - 3 times daily
  • Children over 12 years: 1 capsule 1 - 3 times daily

Warnings

  • Drink plenty of water
  • Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare professional before use
  • Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea
  • Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than: 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3 to 6 years, 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years
  • Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
  • Contains ulmus rubra; may reduce absorption of medication; separate doses by 2 hours.
