Dosage

• For extemporaneous use only
• Common dosage range: 0.3 - 0.8 mg (equivalent to Herbatonin® 30 - 80 mg)
• Jet lag or shift work: 1 - 3 mg (equivalent to Herbatonin® 100 - 300 mg)
• 1 scoop (included) = 50 mg

Warnings

• Not suitable for use during pregnancy and lactation
• Not to be co-prescribed alongside pharmaceutical sleep medications
• Large doses may cause daytime sleepiness; Do not operate machinery or drive within 5 hours after supplementation
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
