• 100% Pure acetyl L-carnitine, also known as ALCAR, is commonly involved in the transport of fatty acids into the mitochondria

Dosage

• 1 scoop (1 g) once or twice daily in 250 - 350 mL water or beverage of choice
• Can be taken prior to or after exercise or between meals
• Do not exceed more than 2 serves in a 24 hour period
