A homoeopathic oral spray formulated to support restful sleep in adults and children. Indicated for difficulty falling asleep, restlessness, nervous sleeplessness, and sleep disturbances associated with an overactive mind, stress, or anxiety. Suitable for adults and children from 2 years.

When to use: Difficulty falling asleep, restless sleep, nervous sleeplessness, overactive mind at bedtime, stress or anxiety-related insomnia.

Dosage: Adults: 4 sprays (0.52 mL) under the tongue ½ hour and immediately before going to bed. Children 2–12 years: 2 sprays (0.26 mL) under the tongue ½ hour and immediately before going to bed.
