Who is this for?

This formula is designed for people with Blood stagnation in the chest and upper body — presenting as chest pain, headaches, insomnia, or palpitations that are fixed, stabbing, or chronic. It is one of the most powerful Blood-moving formulas in TCM and is suited to cardiovascular, gynaecological, and pain conditions driven by Blood stasis.

How does it work?

Based on Xue Fu Zhu Yu Tang, this formula activates Blood and strengthens Qi — breaking up Blood stasis in the chest and upper body to relieve pain, improve circulation, and calm the mind. It is a classical formula for cardiovascular and gynaecological Blood stagnation.

Dosage

3 capsules twice daily, 1 hour away from meals.
