Who is this for?

This formula is designed for people with Blood stagnation combined with Blood deficiency — a pattern commonly seen in gynaecological conditions such as painful periods, irregular menstruation, endometriosis, or post-partum recovery. It both moves stagnant Blood and nourishes deficient Blood simultaneously.

How does it work?

Based on Tao Hong Si Wu Wan, this formula eliminates Blood stasis and activates and replenishes Blood — combining the four Blood-nourishing herbs of Si Wu Tang with Peach Kernel and Safflower to simultaneously move and build Blood. It is a foundational gynaecological formula in TCM.

Dosage

3–4 capsules 2–3 times daily, 1 hour away from meals.
