The classic tissue salt for muscle spasm, cramping, and nerve pain. Indicated for menstrual cramps, muscle spasms, colic, headaches, and neuralgic pain. Particularly useful when pain is relieved by warmth and pressure.

When to use: Muscle spasms, menstrual cramps, colic, headaches, neuralgic pain — especially when relieved by warmth and pressure.

Dosage: 1 tablet 3 times daily with meals.

Formula: Magnesium phosphate (equiv. Magnesium 65 mg/13.4 mg).

Warnings: Contains soy, lactose, sulfites. Contains sugars.
