Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Individuals who are using prescription anti-depressants or suffer from bipolar depression should not use this medicine unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner. In very rare cases, Curcumin may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.

Concomitant administration of N-acetyl cysteine and intravenous nitroglycerin can cause severe hypotension
