Lavender essential oil may be used to gently relax and calm our spirit. It has been traditionally been used to improve sleep and general wellbeing.

It may also have antiseptic and analgesic properties which could ease the pain of a burn and prevent infection.

Ingredients

Lavendula Angustifolia Oil

Directions

Mist Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to water chamber.

Vapouriser: Add 8-10 drops to heated recessed bowl.

Topically: Use 2.5% dilution in a carrier oil.

Store below 30°C.
