Dosage

• Adults and children over 5 years: take 1 sachet nightly before bed, after brushing and completing other oral hygiene practices. Pour this fast-melting probiotic powder directly into the mouth or mix with 5ml of water to create a mouth rinse. Swish around for up to 1 minute before swallowing. Avoid rinsing, drinking or eating for at least 30 minutes to allow the contents to coat oral surfaces.

Warnings

• Seek advice from your healthcare practitioner before using during pregnancy or lactation
• Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
• Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than: 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children 3 - 6 years or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years
