Dosage & warnings

Oral use:
1 heaped teaspoon (2 g) in 125 mL water
Follow with a glass of water

External use: 
Mix with water to make a paste to apply to skin 
Remove poultice when dry
Do not reuse a poultice
Apply 1 - 3 times daily

Not to be taken in conjunction with medication or supplements
Not recommended for use in those with severe bowel restriction
Caution can stain materials like bedding and clothing
